The Popular Skitmaker, Trinity, Has Been Sent To Prison

It is no longer news that the popular Skitmaker, Abdullahi Maruff Adisa, popularly known as Trinity, was arrested last week. As at today's morning, he's  charged to a Magistrates Court, at Iyaganku, Ibadan.


He's accused of the allegations of sexualising minor in one of his skit videos. The counsel to the defendant, Oludare Adebayo appealed to court on Monday morning, to grant his client bail. But, Magistrate P.O. Adetuyibi declined the request. The Magistrate, made the court to understand that, the case is still being treated at the State Ministry of Justice. 


The court gave a verdict that, the parents of the girl be remanded alongside the Skitmaker until the next sitting, which will be coming up July 11th.

The group in a press statement by its president, Aare Ogunmola Sakiru said the elevation of the high chiefs is a critical canon for progressivism in the anals of traditional rulership in Ibadan—  noting that the move by the Oyo State Government has the prospect of enhancing nation building in Ibadan land.
